Been there, done that, not fun.
I used to be that girl! I was the one who wanted the relationship to work so bad that when it ended I felt lost and confused. I felt like it was my fault and I questioned my worth.
Yikes! It’s amazing how much damage a bad relationship (and the wrong relationship) can do. Hallelujah for God’s healing and redemption power!
What’s yours is yours and what’s yours will never leave you. If you have to make it work, it might not be worth fixing.
Sometimes it’s best to let go and let God bring it back together. I’ve never seen Him put a bad thing together so if you give it (the relationship, your heart and your worries) to Him, you’ll be in GREAT hands. 🙂
When it comes to the matters of the heart be wise and allow God to care for them. Your identity is in Jesus, not a man or a woman.
Remember, you are a diamond. Never forget your value and minimize your worth.
Scripture: “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” Proverbs 4:23
