I Am Not A Box…That’s Why You Can’t Carry Me
People are always looking for a way to define who you are. They want to categorize your personality, your looks and even your vision so they can make sense of who you are. However, you are not ordinary, average or of this world. You are quite the contrary–you are peculiar and extraordinary, and what you carry simply cannot be defined.
You are not a box. What God has placed inside of you cannot be contained.
God has blessed you richly and everyone can’t handle what you carry. Like dynamite, you are powerful beyond measure and not everyone can handle that. Be mindful of this as you pursue your dreams and enter into relationships and friendships. Don’t go out of your way to fit into groups that are not designed to carry what you possess. Don’t go out of your way to make a relationship work with a person who is not equipped to protect your cargo (Proverbs 4:23).
Understand that you were uniquely designed and live freely in God’s favor and grace.
Get out the box of others’ expectations, opinions and ideas about you, and live the life that God has planned and designed for you.
Be Bold. Be Courageous. Be Confident. Be You.
Scripture: But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light...(1 Peter 2:9)
Prayer: Dear Father, help us to understand the weight and value of what we carry on the inside so that we can live life to the fullest on the outside. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
